Pelican Waters has 6 disabled parking spaces. These are located at the front entrance to the Centre.

Pelican Waters also offers customers the convenience of 4 Parents with Pram car parking spaces which are located close to the Centre's main entrance.

There is a public telephone in the Centre. This can be found in the hallway leading to the public toilets.
